Job Position:  Senior Virtual Assistant (Entry Level)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage professional and personal contacts, websites, and social media presence.
  2. Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses.
  3. Handle personal and professional finance tasks with precision.
  4. Utilize excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication.
  5. Demonstrate efficiency, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  6. Display enthusiasm for productivity, project management, and process design.
  7. Maintain documentation and support technologies effectively.
  8. Proactively approach tasks and challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
  2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  3. Proficient in managing personal and professional contacts.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Enthusiastic about productivity tools, project management, and process design.
  6. Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per month.
  7. Proactive and solution-oriented in approaching tasks and challenges.
