Job Position: Group Sales Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Group Sales Managers will be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:

  1. Setting and monitoring sales goals,
  2. Facilitating the professional development of the team*,
  3. Providing customer support
  4. Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
  5. Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
  6. Contributing to meeting sales targets.
  7. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  8. Answering customer queries.
  9. Mediating disputes with customers.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc / HND
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in the Insurance industry.
  3. Sales acumen.
  4. Solid understanding of policies and products.
  5. Be able to provide mentorship.
  6. Strong leadership qualities.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  8. He/She should have strong interpersonal skills
  9. Be passionate about providing support and motivation
  10. Be comfortable working long hours.
  11. He/She should be an exceptional leader
  12. Have good customer relations skills and be goal-driven

Remuneration
N300,000 monthly.
