Job Description

  1. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Associate to join our vibrant team at Flex Finance.
  2. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving our market expansion through strategic marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and robust market research.
  3. You’ll work closely with various teams to promote our innovative financial products and contribute significantly to our growth trajectory.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends and business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share.
  3. Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strategic engagement.
  4. Collaborate with senior management, ensuring alignment and reporting on marketing initiatives.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with Flex’s vision and goals.
  6. Document and streamline the marketing process for effective deal closures.
  7. Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, enhancing the sales cycle’s efficiency.
  8. Create compelling, tailored marketing campaigns to boost inbounds and outbounds
  9. Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Embody and promote Flex’s values in all client and team interactions.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role. (minimum 3 years)
  3. Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  6. A problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
  7. Excellent email writing etiquette
  8. Great organization and coordination skills.

  1. Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, you may not be a SQL expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations.
