Job Position: Growth Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Achieve Growth and hit sales targets.
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  4. Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  5. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND.
  2. Must have at least 3 years experience in the sales industry.
  3. Successful previous experience as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
