Job Position: Growth Specialist
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve Growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in the sales industry.
- Successful previous experience as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
