Job Responsibilities
- Technical Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for developer and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, define recruitment plans, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the organization’s visibility as an employer of choice in the tech industry through targeted campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to guide decision-making.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide detailed reports to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational policies and relevant labor laws.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring developers and other technical roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent understanding of software development roles and technical skillsets.
- Strong networking abilities and experience with professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
