Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  1. Oversee recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, keeping the organisation up-to-date with changes.
  5. Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and performance reviews.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR issues, including disciplinary actions, promotions, and terminations.
  7. Organise training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  8. Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies to achieve company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
