Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Oversee recruitment and staffing processes, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, keeping the organisation up-to-date with changes.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR issues, including disciplinary actions, promotions, and terminations.
- Organise training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies to achieve company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
