Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Igbariam, Anambra

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Address employee grievances and promote a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and solutions.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in the workplace.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the agriculture or SME sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly. (Gross)
