Recruten Consulting Limited (RCL)  – Our client, a Manufacturing company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Requirements

1. A Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
2. Applicants must have minimum of 5 years’ and above experience working with a manufacturing company. Very important to be shortlisted.
3. Applicants from FMCG, Construction, Engineering, Logistics, Banking industry wouldn’t be shortlisted. All Applicants must be working in a manufacturing industry or must have worked in such industry.
4. CIPM, HRCI, SPHRI, SHRM, CIPD or other recognized Certification is an added advantage.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
6. Strong communication, planning, people-oriented and result driven skills.
7. Competency in all HR Operations.
8. Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
9. Must be willing to resume immediately.

Salary
N600,000 / Month and above.
