Job Position: I-Shop Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. The i-shop Supervisor will manage an i-shop (company owned retail outlets) prospects and customers to maximize customer acquisition and also help with customer retention.
  2. The incumbent will mentor a minimum of 2 ishop executives, be a strong advocate of the brand and a representative of the company.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the i-shop personnel and ensure strict adherence by all i-shop personnel’s to company policy.

Job Requirements

  1. Graduate in a numerate, Business or Social Science related discipline.

  8. Product knowledge.

Work Experience:

  • 5 -7 Years congnate sales, customer service experience.
