Job Description
- As a Junior Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expand our clients presence in the B2B alliances and networking with Executive of governmental MDAs.
- You will utilize your extensive experience and network in both industries to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue.
- Your ability to understand and navigate the unique challenges of these sectors will be crucial to your success.
Job Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the banking and real estate sectors, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Business Expansion :Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand our presence in the banking and real estate sectors.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, real estate developers, government agencies, and industry influencers.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations, structuring deals that are mutually beneficial for the company and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects.
- Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry developments and regulations in both the banking and real estate sectors, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development selling financial services and building B2B alainces across relevant sectors.
- A strong network of contacts and relationships in both industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 / Month.
