Job Position: Live Chat Intern

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Fulfil all customer order requests and communicate customer information with the inventory manager for delivery purposes.
  2. Adhere to company live chat scripts, policies, and procedures.
  3. Up-sell and Cross-sell products and services to all customers.
  4. Maintain current knowledge of products and resources to assist customers with their questions.
  5. Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
  7. Work with confidential customer information.
  8. Aim to resolve issues on the first customer interaction by being proactive.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. At least 1 year of customer service and live chat experience.
  3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  4. Strong time management & organizational skills.
  5. Ability to multitask.
  6. Emotional intelligence and control abilities.
  7. Female candidate preferred.

Salary
N50,000.00 per month.
