Job Position: Management Trainee

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure correct and timely reporting
  2. Communicate effectively with all staff members
  3. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
  4. Provide support to the management team
  5. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  6. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  7. Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
  8. Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or similar.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience.
  3. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Superb attention to detail.
  5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  6. Excellent time management skills.
  7. Available to resume within a short period.
