Job Position: Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager (Female)

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Outreach:

  1. Distributing marketing materials to generate leads
  2. Identifying potential leads and reaching out to them through various channels.
  3. Developing strategies to attract new customers and expand the client base.
  4. Actively seek new leads and business opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

  1. Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  2. Managing appointment schedules for clients.
  3. Handling direct messages and comments on social media.
  4. Providing timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  5. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Social Media Management:

  1. Creating and curating engaging contents for social media platforms.
  2. Posting regular updates, including text, images, and videos.
  3. Monitoring comments, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.
  4. Developing a social media strategy to enhance brand presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years work experience.
  • Applicant not more than 26.

  9. Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn.
  10. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  11. Passion for education, tech, travel and tourism.

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
