Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth for the company’s pharmaceutical products.

This role involves market research, promotional planning, campaign execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and market penetration.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record in brand management and campaign execution.
  3. Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory guidelines, and market dynamics.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media is an advantage.
  6. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
