Job Position: Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

As part of MEDLOG Nigeria’s growth strategy, we are seeking a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services critical to our business.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Implement the procurement policy for the organisation in line with best practices and ensure strict adherence to procedure.
  2. Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor selection, contracting, and delivery tracking.
  3. Achieve the most value for the organisation by negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with the suppliers, while not compromising on quality, etc.

  5. Work closely with Finance to resolve invoices and other issues related to vendors’ deliveries.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  1. Candidates should possess a minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
  2. 8 – 10 years of Experience in sourcing techniques, contract management, Supplier relationship management, and Supply chain management.
  3. Procurement Credentials (e.g. CIPS, etc.)
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
