Job Position: Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Summary
As part of MEDLOG Nigeria’s growth strategy, we are seeking a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services critical to our business.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement the procurement policy for the organisation in line with best practices and ensure strict adherence to procedure.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor selection, contracting, and delivery tracking.
- Achieve the most value for the organisation by negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with the suppliers, while not compromising on quality, etc.

- Work closely with Finance to resolve invoices and other issues related to vendors’ deliveries.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- 8 – 10 years of Experience in sourcing techniques, contract management, Supplier relationship management, and Supply chain management.
- Procurement Credentials (e.g. CIPS, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
