Job Description

3. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibilities

1. Define and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
2. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvements.
3. Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and specifications.
4. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
5. Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth.
6. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new product releases.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and innovation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, or related fields.
2. Considerable years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch.
3. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Proven leadership abilities with experience leading teams and driving projects to completion.
7. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
