Job Position: Project Manager
Location: Head Office, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Value-Added Services (VAS):

  1. Lead delivery of VAS projects while ensuring compliance with telecom standards.
  2. Coordinate integration of new VAS products with operators and partners.
  3. Monitor post-deployment performance and optimise service experience.

Network Infrastructure:

  1. Manage design, deployment, and upgrades of network infrastructure.
  2. Ensure network scalability, security, and resilience.
  3. Collaborate with NOC and field teams to minimise service disruptions.

Software Development:

  1. Oversee projects across the full software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).
  2. Manage Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure sprint and release objectives are achieved.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to align product delivery with business needs.

Cross-Functional Projects:

  1. Lead strategic and ad-hoc business projects.
  2. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and governance standards.
  3. Oversee vendor and third-party performance against contractual terms.
  4. Conduct post-implementation reviews and maintain a lessons-learned repository.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  2. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master (preferred).
  3. 5–8 years of project management experience in ICT, telecoms, or software development.
  4. Proven track record in delivering projects across VAS, network, and software domains.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong understanding of VAS, network infrastructure, and software lifecycles.
  2. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary ICT/telecom projects.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  5. Expertise in budgeting, cost control, risk management, and vendor management.

Salary
N300,000 – N407,000 monthly.
