Reime West Africa Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of a global brand with head office at Casablanca in Morocco that provides Telecom Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Services to Telecom companies in Nigeria.
Job Position: Quality Manager
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established.
- Managing and implementing quality control
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation, to ensure the effective implementation of a quality culture
- Work with management team to identify and implement improvements to the quality systems
- Manage the day-to-day priorities and activities of the quality team to ensure all business objectives are met, and issues are escalated in a timely manner
- Liaising with quality sub-contractors to ensure issues are dealt with in an appropriate timescale.
- Ensuring compliance with safe working practices
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND / University Degree in Engineering, Quality or closely related field
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a quality team in the Telecommunication industry
- Experience of managing and enhancing an effective QMS that has delivered clear business value and supported the broader business strategy
- Experience of managing internal and external audit and of acquiring and maintaining external accreditations.
