Job Position: Relationship Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team in Ikeja.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying financial needs, promoting the institution’s products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
  2. Promote and cross-sell the company’s financial products and services
  3. Achieve individual and team sales targets
  4. Conduct a client needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions
  5. Provide timely and effective customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints
  6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  8. Prepare regular reports on relationship management performance.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field
  2. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management within a financial institution (preferred)
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
  5. Ability to work independently and within a team
  6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
