Job Position: Restaurant Service Personnel

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensures all products are available and displayed at required times (in line with display schedule).
2. Create a good communication link with kitchen staff to ensure the right products comes out quickly.
3. Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer before money is collected.
4. Maintain and guarantee an excellent level of hygiene at all the time
5. Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.
6. Have a good knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions to customers
7. Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of a High School Certificate
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years multi-unit food service experience
3. Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
4. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and deliver orders in a timely manner.
5. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
6. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
