Job Position: Sales / Administrative Officer

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules.
  2. Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication.
  3. Specialist in storage and retrieval of files.
  4. Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases.
  5. Answer and respond to organization emails and phone calls, and forward.
  6. Communications to appropriate parties as necessary.
  7. Maintains and organizes meeting schedules.
  8. Regularly check and maintain a record of necessary office supplies.

Job Requirements

  1. Applicant must be a graduate from any reputable OND.
  2. A year experience in clerical work
  3. All candidates must reside in Lagos preferably within this region (Apapa Axis).
  4. Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail.
  6. Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
  7. Strong communication skills.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
