Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description
- The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth by promoting the Royal Residences brand, attracting new clients, and nurturing existing client relationships.
- The role will involve creating innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase the brand’s visibility and occupancy rates.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote the Royal Residences.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, digital marketing, and direct outreach.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for rooms, events, and dining
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
