Job Description:

  • As a part-time Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our retail team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.
  • You will interact directly with customers, assisting them in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Your enthusiasm for our products, excellent communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in navigating the store
  • Provide personalized assistance to customers by understanding their needs and offering. product recommendation.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, and arranging displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to manager
  • Assist in the implementation of store promotions, sales events, and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, exchanges, and store security.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Job Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
  • Good knowledge of word package.
  • Strong Knowledge of inventory
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
