Job Position: Sales / Business Growth Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and acquiring new business leads and clients, as well as deposit mobilisation, and also responsible for promoting company products and services.

Job Functions / Descriptions

  1. Create and maintain new beneficial business relationships that would impact the business’s bottom line through the sales of company offerings.
  2. Maintain, expand and improve already existing business relationships.
  3. Working with executives to develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
  4. Research and develop new products.
  5. Deposit mobilisation.
  6. Prepare Credit Assessment Memo (CAM), and submit collated loan applications to the credit management committee for review and approval.
  7. Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  8. Conduct market surveys to find out what is obtainable in the industry.
  9. Provide feedback to the supervisor on field sales activities.
  10. Market the company’s products to individuals and firms, promoting the company’s services that may meet customers’ needs.

Skills & Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 4–6+years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilisation within the financial services or banking sector.
  3. Strong understanding of financial products, credit processes, and market trends.
  4. Excellent business networking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proven ability to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  7. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N400,000 – N800,000 Monthly.
