Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description

  1. We are looking to hire experienced sales and marketing executives to help drive our company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing and client retention plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
  2. To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends in the industry.
  3. We are looking to hire an experienced professional with solid experience in videography, photography, studio lighting, graphic designing, Photoshop and Lightroom software. Individual must have a yearn for perfection and a drive for excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
  2. Effectively engage in social media marketing for the brand through various channels.
  3. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
  4. Photographing compelling and effective images
  5. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
  6. Solid Proficiency in videography, photography, studio lighting, graphic designing, Photoshop and Lightroom software.
  7. Must be knowledgeable with general computer usage, web designing and digital marketing.
  8. Conducting market research on rival products.
  9. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
  10. Developing targeted sales strategies.
  11. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
  12. Maintaining client relations.
  13. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  14. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
  15. Identify prospective customers and markets via online and on-site channels for the purpose of making sales.
  16. Interpersonal skills, time management, creativity and attention to detail highly essential.
  17. Must be dedicated to the position full-time and long-term.
  18. Must be knowledgeable with general computer usage, web designing and digital marketing.
  19. Handle sales and remit payments
  20. Keep accurate inventory of products and updated records.
  21. Organize and take part in exhibition of the brand’s products and other marketing related activity.
  22. Be accountable to contribute to the achievement of the brand’s goals and results.
  23. Communicate customer feedback and opportunities with the management team to improve the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND / OND in Marketing, Business, Law or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • Must have experience in photography, videography, and content creation
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
