Job Description

- We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and expansion by identifying, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships.
- Your primary responsibility will be to promote our comprehensive suite of IT solutions and services to existing and potential clients across various industries.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about technology and possess a proven track record in sales, preferably within the ICT sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and personalised solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored business solutions to meet clients’ specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, articulating the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and expand our market presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the ICT industry. B2B sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
