Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Requirements
Customer Engagement:

  • Welcome and assist clients with a high level of professionalism, creating a seamless experience across furniture, interior design, and construction services.
  • Provide detailed product and service knowledge, including design options, construction project details, and pricing tailored to client needs.

Sales Transactions:

  • Efficiently handle sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments, while managing sales registers.
  • Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions based on their design, construction, and budget requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, particularly in banking, insurance, real estate, and other industries involving high-value sales.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities within our interior design or construction services.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets across our service offerings.
  • Analyze sales data to monitor performance and recommend strategy adjustments for improved outcomes.

Digital Marketing and Business Development:

  • Leverage digital marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, SEO) to promote the company’s services and attract potential clients.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage online campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the furniture, interior design, and construction sectors.
  • Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the design, and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
  • Assist in implementing promotional campaigns that highlight the company’s furniture, interior design, and construction services.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ sales experience, especially with high-ticket items.
  • Prior experience in banking, insurance, real estate, or other high-value sales industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent leadership, time-management, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to drive improvements.
