Job Position: Sales Executive (Diagnostics Facility)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting our diagnostic services to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  2. He/She will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our diagnostic solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Business Development:

  1. Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry to expand our customer base.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their diagnostic service needs.

Product Knowledge:

  1. Stay updated on our diagnostic services and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits to clients.
  2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our services.
  3. Prepare regular sales reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to targets.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitor products and pricing.

Job Requirements 

  1. HND/BSc in any art or Social Sciences course
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience, with 2 years specifically in medical diagnosis marketing sales.
  3. Strong knowledge on molecular diagnosis including but not limited to DNA testing, tissue culture and immuno-assays, cancer and infectious disease diagnosis etc.
  4. Proficiency in English
  5. Ability to use initiative and deal with emotionally charged and pressured situation.
  6. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  8. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  9. Fast learner and passion for sales
  10. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  11. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  12. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
