Job Position: Sales Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform sales activities and solicit for new customers
  2. Prospect for new opportunities and identify new profitable customers for Access/technology
  3. products/solutions in the assigned sector
  4. Identify networking opportunities, sales conferences and events that would provide positive
  5. impact to the sales bottom line in assigned industry vertical
  6. Generate sales leads/opportunities that can be converted to sales and follow up
  7. Carry out external presentations to customers, potential clients and channel partners by performing customer demo sessions
  8. Contribute to the develop proposals and bids for customers
  9. Negotiate contract & payment terms with clients and prepare tenets of agreements to be reviewed by Sales
  10. Document and maintain accurate & up to date information on all clients and prospective clients
  11. Generate demand by pro-actively reaching potential customers to make them aware of the company’s products & solutions
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers of products and solutions in assigned industry vertical
  13. Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure customer issues and complaints are properly resolved (escalate where necessary)
  14. Drive payment collection process by working with Finance team for receiving balance payments for all projects completed within stipulated period
  15. Provide market feedback, competitor & industry insight to supervisor
  16. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on the sales activities to supervisor
  17. Conduct research to obtain and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the ICT industry
  2. Minimum of 4 years in Selling Access control and security solutions .
  3. Must have sold to manufacturing industries and can repeat sales in same
  4. Must have connections with decision makers in the Manufacturing industries
  5. Minimum education certification of Bachelors Degree in any course
  6. Good communication skills and above average skills on using Microsoft app
  7. Good attitude and relationship management skills
