Job Position: Sales Executive (3W, Kargo Sales Team Lead)

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Report to the Sales Manager
  2. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, especially in Corporate, Institutional & Govt sales.
  3. Preparing activation budgets, projections and seek expenditures
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and offerings
  5. Ensure planning and execution of BTL activities / demonstrations
  6. Negotiate/close deals within approved budgets
  7. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  8. Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  9. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients / prospects
  10. Setting sales targets for your respective team members. Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
  11. Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned targets
  12. Training, Handholding the sales team
  13. Competition update – Fortnightly report
  14. Monitor the sales reach, plan and take corrective measures for growth
  15. Adherence to Network Development and expansion plans
  16. Ensuring adherence of achievement on Monthly sales Target for self and the team members.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales role in an automotive company
  • 3W sales experience is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets
  • Professional membership of CIMN is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suit
  • Target-drive
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
