Next Basket is a company that develops and offers a SaaS e-commerce platform through which online stores are created. The main directorates in the structure are Software Production, Commercial Directorate and Services, where all three have a matrix organisation of responsibilities.
Next Basket offers its products and services in all English-speaking countries on all continents. The company has offices and agencies in Bulgaria, the Philippines, Nigeria and India, and is about to establish its presence in Colombia in order to serve the USA market.
Job Position: Sales Expert
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and increase market share;
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential Partners through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partners, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and presentations, and participate in product development discussions to understand and communicate customer needs;
- You will be responsible for enforcing NEXT BASKET’s mission and vision.
Other Responsibilities
- Be personally responsible for finding new partners for our SaaS platform;
- Performing cold calls with potential new partners;
- Lead negotiations and close deals with Partners, manage contracts and pricing agreements;
- Provide sales reports and analysis to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvements to sales processes and strategies;
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as Sales representative or Sales Manager positions;
- You have an experience in a large international company;
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and tools;
- To always be on top of your To-do list;
- Positive and friendly attitude;
- Desire for personal & professional growth at an international scale.
