Job Summary

We are seeking an honest, brilliant and diligent individual to join our team as Sales Manager.

Job Description

  1. Research market trends and analyse competitors’ performance to develop effective sales strategies for your team.
  2. Implement new sales strategies and techniques and provide training on them to other agents.
  3. Complete independent market research and list new prospects.
  4. Manage team performance, set team targets and goals.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline.
  2. A higher degree may be an advantage.
  3. Minimum of three years’ FMCG experience in a similar role.
  4. Age: Minimum of 35 years.
  5. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Remuneration

  1. Salary is N350,000 per month.
  2. There is a prospect for career advancement.
