Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth in the real estate market.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agent to achieve sales targets and develop their sales skills.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to address them.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new sales opportunities and resolving customer complaints.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve the sales process, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales representatives, to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage sales budgets, controlling costs and ensuring that sales activities are delivered within budget.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of real estate sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performance sales teams.
  • Industry experience: Experience working in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the market, customers, and competitors.
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
