Job Position: Head, Sales & Marketing

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  2. Identifying strategic business opportunities for the company to generate revenue.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  4. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  5. Building market recognition and customer base in primary location.
  6. Coordination of Sales Activities for Our Development Company
  7. Building a detailed understanding of client’s products, services and capabilities, as well as of our competitors and current and prospective customers in the Real Estate Market.
  8. Achieving or exceeding any personal or commercial targets set and to manage strategic planning, and forecasting, as well as reporting activities as necessary.
  9. Develops and implements marketing plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  10. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  11. Gathering market and customer information to evaluate customer research, market conditions, and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
  12. Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the company’s products & services.
  13. Develop a good knowledge of the FM and Real Estate market; demand competition and prices
  14. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of new product/service lines for clients
  15. Provide timely update to the Managing Director

Job Requirements

  1. First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  2. Candidate must have a minimum of 7 – 9 years proven years of experience in sales, meeting and exceeding set targets
  3. Ability to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers and vendors.
  4. Proven experience selling real estate products and services
  5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  6. Proven ability to position products against competitors
  7. Ability to prepare and present a comprehensive marketing report.
  8. Strong presentation skills with strong use of Microsoft PowerPoint
  9. Ability to negotiate and close out deals.
  10. Good professional appearance and attitude.
  11. Diplomatic, tactful, discreet, flexible, resourceful and dependable
