Job Description

This enables us to offer innovative healthcare solutions precisely when our users need them the most.
  • We are currently seeking a dynamic sales operation analyst to effectively support the sales team and achieve the desired outcomes, the associates should possess a combination of technical skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal competencies.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Pitch Evaluation and Coaching:

  • Evaluate sales pitches and provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness
  • Conduct coaching sessions and training workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques

CRM Maintenance and Data Hygiene:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system
  • Monitor and maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating records and removing duplicates

Performance Reporting:

  • Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and KPIs
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth

Insight Generation:

  • Share insights and recommendations with their manager based on data analysis and sales team interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and track their impact

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and CRM best practices
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and the overall effectiveness of the sales operations function

Job Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales, customer success roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
