Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue sales leads to create a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  2. Conduct sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
  3. Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Address customer inquiries and concerns to build trust and rapport.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  9. Continuously improve your sales techniques through training and feedback.
  10. Foster positive customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  2. Proven experience in sales or a related role is a plus.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Persuasive and engaging demeanor with active listening skills.
  5. Resilience and the ability to handle objections and challenges positively.
  6. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to exceed targets.
