Location: Nigeria (Remote Work)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic IT sales team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales objectives in a fast-paced technological environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to analyse customer needs and emerging trends in the IT industry.
  3. Present and showcase our innovative IT solutions to prospective clients.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and finalise deals to achieve sales targets.
  6. Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless implementation of solutions.
  7. Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  1. HND / Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  2. Proven track record in sales, ideally within the IT sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
