Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic IT sales team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales objectives in a fast-paced technological environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyse customer needs and emerging trends in the IT industry.
- Present and showcase our innovative IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and finalise deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless implementation of solutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- HND / Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
