Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities
- As a sales Executive at Watu, you’ll be at the helm of this revolutionary endeavour, shaping the future of finance.
- You’ll lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, driving business growth and helping customers fulfil their financial aspirations through innovative solutions.
Generate Leads:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in designated areas through various channels, including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gather insights into customer preferences and purchasing behavior.
Sales Conversion:
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present Watu Simu products and services effectively, highlighting their features, benefits, and affordability.
- Guide customers through the sales process, address objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software or other tracking tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, insights, and feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration preferred
- Three Years Of Direct Sales Experience Required
- Technical understanding of the CRM system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Behavioral skills: (Abilities that influence how a person interacts with others and responds to certain situations.)
