Job Description
- We are seeking a smart, intelligent and energetic candidate for an internship role. Ultimately, you are to provide support to the project lead. To succeed this role, you must be someone who is willing and hungry to learn and also possess great communication and interpersonal skills and as well as the ability to manage projects in the long run.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent the company and promote its image
- Guarantee compliance with Compliance rules in its activities regarding business practices
- Respect the Group strategy, rules and policies.
- Support the project lead in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Assist the project lead in managing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
- Identify potential project opportunities through market research and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyse project data and information.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Participate in meetings, both internal and external, to provide technical input and support

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the projects and sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Project Management or Engineering Background.
- 1-2 years’ experience in project management or similar role
- Unmatched interpersonal and presentation skills
- Resilience and persistence
- Basic knowledge of Project Management tools and software
- Basic Knowledge in MS Office tools and IT skills
- Great multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Passion for learning & curiosity.
- Agile with good communication skills
