Job Position: Senior Sales Associate – (6 Openings)
Locations: Jabi – Abuja; Asaba & Warri – Delta; Lekki & Ikeja – Lagos; Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, including but not limited to product information, information on special discounts, new products, company services, etc.
2. Provide effective, efficient and prompt service delivery to customers
3. Offer advice to customers on products in line with customer needs
4. Deal with customer complaints and ensure complete resolution of every complaint
5. Monitor stock in display cabinets and replenish products as required
6. Constantly clean display cabinets and ensure spotless at all times
7. Merchandise products in an appealing manner in line with the brand’s Visual Identity
8. Merchandising guidelines
9. Process payments and customer receipts
10. Manage assigned stock on the shop floor and ensure accountability.

Qualifications

1. First Degree or equivalent education
2. 1-2 years post NYSC work experience
3. Good team player
4. Good oral and written communication skills
5. Good interpersonal skills
6. Neat, clean, friendly
7. Willingness to learn
8. Adaptability and flexibility
9. Willing to take on additional responsibility
10. Comfortable with Information Technology, proficient in MS Word & Excel.
