Job Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:

  1. Develop engaging and visually appealing social media content (graphics, videos, and captions) that reflects Sotvic’s brand identity and service offerings.
  2. Manage and update the company’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube).
  3. Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with company goals and campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness:

  1. Implement social media strategies to promote Sotvic’s products and services (CCTV, solar, IT infrastructure, etc.).
  2. Run targeted social media ads and campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to support online promotions, product launches, and client projects.

Community Engagement:

  1. Interact with followers and clients professionally to build strong brand loyalty.
  2. Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
  3. Build partnerships with relevant influencers and industry pages to enhance brand reach.

Analytics & Reporting:

  1. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  2. Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Track competitor activity and emerging trends to guide strategy adjustments.

Brand Consistency & Communication:

  1. Ensure all online content aligns with Sotvic’s tone, values, and corporate image.
  2. Work with the design and sales teams to produce cohesive marketing materials.
  3. Support internal communication and company announcements when needed.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Growth in online followers and engagement rates
  2. Increased website traffic and lead generation from social platforms
  3. Brand consistency and visibility across all media channels
  4. Effective communication of Sotvic’s core services and projects
  5. Timely content delivery and campaign execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 4 years of proven experience managing social media for a corporate or tech brand.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and online engagement.
  4. Proficiency in design and scheduling tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
  5. Basic understanding of photography, video editing, and advertising tools is an advantage.
  6. Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
