Job Title: Professional Video Editor

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes short & long form video content and understands how to edit for both performance and aesthetics.

You’ll be working primarily with client-provided footage, turning it into polished, on-brand videos designed for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and much more. You will also work with a fun and creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Transform raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, and on-brand content
  • Use trending formats, sounds, captions, and transitions effectively
  • Optimise videos for performance (retention, watch time, engagement)
  • Apply strong storytelling techniques to keep viewers hooked
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and brand identity across projects
  • Stay up to date with trends and proactively suggest creative ideas
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in video editing
  • Strong experience editing short-form content for social media
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable
  • Ability to edit with speed, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
  • Highly organised and comfortable working remotely
