Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Preferred Skills:
- Two or more years of proven success in an operation management role.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation process.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
- Strong IT skills, including database development.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
