Job Position: Production Manager

Job Location: Ikosi – Ketu, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team at House Of Triniks.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that clothing collections are manufactured efficiently, on time, and meet the company’s quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for clothing collections.
  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure garments are produced efficiently and within set timelines.
  • Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and other departments to ensure production aligns with design specifications and market demands.
  • Supervise and manage production staff, including pattern makers, seamstresses, and quality control personnel.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing production delays.
  • Monitor the production budget, managing costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations across the production line.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or defects.
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure that finished products meet the company’s high standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production management role within the fashion industry.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, garment manufacturing, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work closely with design and sales teams to align production goals with market demands.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of budgeting and cost control in a production environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in fashion production.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
