Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Attend to walk-in customers professionally at the showroom
  2. Handle all social media and WhatsApp inquiries (especially Instagram)
  3. Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
  4. Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
  5. Report daily customer interactions and feedback
  6. Keep the showroom organised, clean, and visually attractive
  7. Support marketing and sales efforts with client interaction insights

Requirements

  1. Must be good-looking, well-groomed, and presentable
  2. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Fast learner, capable of understanding and explaining product details
  5. Familiarity with the construction industry and interior finishes is a plus
  6. Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work under minimal supervision
  7. Tech-savvy (able to use WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic computer tools)

Education:

  1. Minimum OND/HND required
  2. A bachelor’s Degree is a plus

Certifications:

Not mandatory, but certifications in customer service or marketing are an advantage

Working Schedule:

  1. Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  2. Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Compensation:

  1. Base Salary: N120,000
  2. Allowance & Transport: N50,000
  3. Total Monthly Pay: N170,000
  4. Commission: Percentage on each sale she handles
