Job Position: Internal Control Officer

Job Summary

We need a detail-oriented Internal Control Officer who understands risks, enforces policies, and ensures our ERP data stays clean and compliant. You’ll help keep financial integrity strong and systems airtight.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular audits of financial and operational processes
  2. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory policies
  3. Review ERP data entries for accuracy and completeness
  4. Identify process gaps in ERP usage and recommend improvements
  5. Monitor approvals, workflows, and audit trails within the ERP system
  6. Generate reports from ERP to support internal reviews and audits
  7. Train staff on internal control procedures and proper ERP use

What You Bring

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. 3+ years of internal control, audit, or compliance experience
  3. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, QuickBooks, etc.)
  4. Sharp analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset
  5. High integrity and strong attention to detail
  6. Proficient in Excel and audit reporting tools

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
