Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join their retail or wholesale team and help drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the brand.

As a Sales Representative in the fashion industry, you will be the face of the brand—responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing collections, and driving sales both in-store and online.

You will use your product knowledge, style insight, and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and meet revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet, engage, and assist customers in-store or online, offering styling advice and product recommendations.
  2. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  3. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively present the brand.
  5. Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the shop floor is well-organised, clean, and in line with brand standards.
  6. Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Process transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records.
  8. Support marketing or promotional events when necessary.
  9. Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends to the merchandising and marketing teams.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in fashion or retail.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong sense of fashion and personal style.
  5. Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
  6. Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
