Job Position: Senior Executive Project Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day execution of civil and infrastructure projects across various project sites under the company’s portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction project lifecycles, material oversight, and contractor management.

The ideal candidate will have relevant construction industry experience, especially in retail or commercial development.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of project scopes, timelines, and work plans.
  2. Collaborate with QS, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure project readiness
  3. Oversee project performance across sites, coordinating vendors and contractors.
  4. Track progress against project plans and escalate deviations where necessary
  5. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and alignment with technical specifications.
  6. Ensure all documentation (stakeholder register, issue logs, risks, Quality, contracts) is up to date.
  7. Identify and report project risks, assisting with basic mitigation planning.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
  2. 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in construction project management, ideally in civil engineering, infrastructure development, or commercial construction.
  3. At least 2 years managing or supporting retail stations or commercial construction projects.
  4. Strong understanding of civil and infrastructure project lifecycles.
