Job Position: Head of Operations
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily banking operations, including account opening, loan processing, and transaction handling.
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all branches and service outlets.
  3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints promptly.
  5. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
  6. Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships.
  7. Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  9. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
