As an HR Business Partner, you will support workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and organisational change to enhance team performance and general well-being of staff across the organisation.
You will collaborate closely with operations to drive employee engagement, retention, and compliance, amongst others.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification:
- First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG / Multinational environment.
